Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has an excellent location near the park and offers a family-friendly environment which my kids loved. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and came with some great amenities, such as a view of the animals which was a hit with my children. Despite a mix-up with service on one occasion, the staff was friendly. The dining options were decent but could be improved for a better variety. Overall, it delivers good value for money, though there are a few areas for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is great with a chance to see animals, the rooms were disappointing, constantly smelling unpleasant. The service staff were friendly, but when it came to handling specific needs for families, they seemed overwhelmed. Dining was frustratingly overpriced for the quality. Overall, the experience could definitely use some improvements but had some redeeming factors.
I had a decent stay overall at this hotel. The rooms were clean and had a unique safari theme, but they felt a bit cramped and dark for my taste. The staff was friendly, but the service can be slow, especially during check-in. The location was alright for families, especially with the splash area, but it was a letdown that it closed unexpectedly during our visit. Dining had a nice variety, but the cold dishes were disappointing.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, thanks to its lovely location near the park and a family-friendly atmosphere. The rooms were clean and well-decorated, but I found the service a little frustrating at times, especially the noise from housekeeping. The dining experience left something to be desired too, with food that was not quite hot. Overall, it's a good option for a short visit, especially for families visiting the park.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fabulous, just steps away from the park with great views of animals, and the rooms were clean, although quite basic. The service left a lot to be desired, especially with not being able to get simple information at reception. There was a major issue with the parking arrangement as well, which was frustrating. Overall, it was decent but definitely had its drawbacks.
This hotel is a delightful spot for families, with its close proximity to the park and kid-friendly amenities. I loved the atmosphere, especially for the little ones who enjoyed the animal themes. However, the view from our room overlooked a less appealing area, and some cleanliness issues were noted. The service could be improved as well, especially with how staff handled our dining reservation.
I had a decent stay at this hotel. The location is great, especially being close to the theme park. The staff was friendly and even celebrated my granddaughter’s birthday with a song, but the food left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, the rooms need updating and the views were not very appealing. Overall, it’s a fair choice if you're looking for convenience but not all aspects are ideal.
I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have to say the location is fantastic, being so close to the park. The rooms were clean and tidy, which was great, but we did have some heating issues during our stay. The service was exceptional, especially when the general manager helped us check-in early and stored our bags, allowing us to enjoy the park right away. Overall, the value for money was decent, but some areas could use a bit more attention.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location is convenient and I appreciated the kid-friendly atmosphere, the rooms were disappointing due to dampness and noise issues. The service was efficient but the entertainment was lackluster for my children, which was a letdown. Overall, it's a decent spot for families, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
The hotel offered a unique experience with its prime location by the zoo, which was a treat for the kids. The rooms, however, left much to be desired as they were uncomfortable and had some issues, particularly with the air conditioning. The staff were friendly, but there were some hiccups in service that could have been improved. While dining options were varied, the overall experience, especially regarding the temperature in the restaurants, was quite disappointing.
This hotel has a great layout with a separate area for kids to sleep, and the staff members are super friendly and always ready to help. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by inconsiderate guests who let their kids run wild in the hallways late at night, which made it hard to get to sleep. The rooms could really use a facelift as well, especially since there wasn't a bathtub.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, especially for those young at heart and families. The proximity to the theme park is fantastic, and I enjoyed the animals feeding experience in the morning. The room was extremely comfortable, but I found it overlooked a car park, which wasn't great. While the service was friendly and accommodating, they could improve on cleanliness in some areas. Overall, it was a great place but could use a bit of attention to detail.
The hotel had a stunning location, offering great views, but the experience was quite mixed. While the staff was generally friendly, I encountered a few who were unprofessional. The dining options were quite satisfactory, but the room cleanliness left room for improvement due to an unpleasant sewage smell. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but there were definitely some areas that need attention.
My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable with a beautiful view overlooking the safari park. The room was comfortable, and waking up to that view was a treat. However, there were a couple of downsides, such as some noise from the bin area and a strange smell in the room initially. The service was friendly, but there were quite a few young staff members that seemed inexperienced. Still, the location was fantastic for family activities with the adventure park right next door.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, as the location was great for visiting the park and the rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was super friendly, which made my experience even better. However, the dining options could use some improvement, particularly regarding room service and pricing. Also, the facilities for children with special needs were not ideal, which was a downside during my visit.
