The hotel has an excellent location near the park and offers a family-friendly environment which my kids loved. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and came with some great amenities, such as a view of the animals which was a hit with my children. Despite a mix-up with service on one occasion, the staff was friendly. The dining options were decent but could be improved for a better variety. Overall, it delivers good value for money, though there are a few areas for improvement.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is great with a chance to see animals, the rooms were disappointing, constantly smelling unpleasant. The service staff were friendly, but when it came to handling specific needs for families, they seemed overwhelmed. Dining was frustratingly overpriced for the quality. Overall, the experience could definitely use some improvements but had some redeeming factors.

Rooms

Unfortunately, the rooms continually smelled like a toilet, which was quite off-putting during our stay. As a family of four, we needed a comfortable environment, but we didn't get that vibe.
Service

The staff were friendly; however, they really struggled to provide a special experience for my daughter’s birthday, especially when we needed assistance with our meals.

The location is stunning, especially if you manage to get a room with a view of the safari. It's an easy drive from Wimbledon, which is a plus!
Dining
5.0
Dining was disappointing, with an overpriced menu and poor quality food. We felt rushed, as if they were trying to turn over tables quickly rather than create a pleasant dining experience.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities for families, especially for those with unwell or disabled children, were lacking. There was no room service, making it difficult when needing to stay in the room with kids.

I had a decent stay overall at this hotel. The rooms were clean and had a unique safari theme, but they felt a bit cramped and dark for my taste. The staff was friendly, but the service can be slow, especially during check-in. The location was alright for families, especially with the splash area, but it was a letdown that it closed unexpectedly during our visit. Dining had a nice variety, but the cold dishes were disappointing.

The rooms were clean and well-decorated, but I found the service a little frustrating at times, especially the noise from housekeeping. I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fabulous, just steps away from the park with great views of animals, and the rooms were clean, although quite basic. Overall, it was decent but definitely had its drawbacks.

This hotel has a great layout with a separate area for kids to sleep, and the staff members are super friendly and always ready to help. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by inconsiderate guests who let their kids run wild in the hallways late at night, which made it hard to get to sleep. The rooms could really use a facelift as well, especially since there wasn't a bathtub.
