This hotel is a delightful spot for families, with its close proximity to the park and kid-friendly amenities. I loved the atmosphere, especially for the little ones who enjoyed the animal themes. However, the view from our room overlooked a less appealing area, and some cleanliness issues were noted. The service could be improved as well, especially with how staff handled our dining reservation.

I had a decent stay at this hotel. The location is great, especially being close to the theme park. The staff was friendly and even celebrated my granddaughter’s birthday with a song, but the food left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, the rooms need updating and the views were not very appealing. Overall, it’s a fair choice if you're looking for convenience but not all aspects are ideal.
